  • Measurements taken by our team are considered final. Please ensure you are present during the measurement process to confirm details.
  • Once a custom order is placed and production has begun, cancellations or modifications may not be accepted or may incur a fee.
  • Installation dates are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. We will keep you updated on any changes.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. Payment must be made in full before delivery or installation, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

4. Returns and Refunds

Due to the customized nature of our products (e.g., cut fabric, made-to-measure curtains, custom furniture):

  • Custom Items: We generally do not accept returns or offer refunds on custom-made items unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
  • Standard Items: For non-custom items (e.g., standard hardware), returns may be accepted within 7 days of purchase if the item is unused and in its original packaging. A restocking fee may apply.
  • Defects: If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery/installation with photographic evidence.
